Oshino Hot Spa

Main content starts here.

The hot spa hotel started in Taisho period is the long established hotel in this area. This is the hotel loved by an artist of the noted photographer Koyo Okada, who is known for taking photos of Mt.Fuji. The hotel is located along the Katsura River, and you will hear the murmuring of the stream. The hotel boasts the mineral spring. More than 100 years ago, a hot spring gushed out during a construction, and the workers with bruises who had been working under the severe constructing situation, were cured by the hot spring, which is counted the beginning of the hot spa.
The appeal of the mineral spring exists still now, so there are many repeaters and the guest who have their own aims such as fishing, birds watching, and going to an amusement park, Fuji Q high land. The owner will accept the request from the families flexibly. There is a garden and you can walk along the Katsura River.
