Visitors are first explained the process of brewing sake.
Then, they proceed to a tour of the brewery. What you see varies by season and the stage of preparation.
The brewery shop offers two or three recommended types of sake for tasting.
The shop also sells a variety of souvenirs, like the brewery’s prided sake and sweets make with them.
Drinking and driving, and underage drinking, is prohibited.
Do not enter no-entry areas or touch objects without permission from the brewery.
Watch your step, as a lot of water is used to brew sake and the tour course may be wet and slippery.
