This bakery is a popular place to get some delicious treats to-go. Listed as one of Yamanashi’s most popular bakeries, this small shop is located inside the Kobuchisawa Road Station in Hokuto City. Not a single piece of bread inside this shop uses eggs or dairy products. Instead, their focus is on using fresh and organic ingredients that taste delicious!

My favorite item is their bagels. It can be a bit of a challenge to find bagels in Japan, so I was pleasantly surprised to find some here.
