The master, who was a master chef at a well known hotel for nearly 20 years, uses ingredients effectively, and prepares each individual dish with wholehearted care. The beautiful views of Mt. Fuji from our tatami mat rooms, cherry blossoms in spring, and Japanese maples in autumn are also well recommended.

    Fujimi Zen

    Two layers of wooden boxes are filled with sashimi, boiled meat and vegetables in special broth, omelet, salad, and chopped fish or vegetables dressed in sauce, and made into quite a sumptuous meal for lunch.

    Kamameshi Zen

    Kamameshi (rice with vegetables cooked and served in a small pot meal set) is featured with seasonal vegetables such as bamboo shoots in spring and mushrooms in autumn and winter. This is a popular item that comes with salad and dessert.

    This is another popular set with fresh sashimi brought directly from Port of Misaki, and grilled fish as the main dish.

    Mini Kaiseki

    Kamameshi rice, sliced raw fish, grilled fish, boiled meat and vegetables in special broth, and three appetizers are made into a reasonably priced set.

    Fujimi zen + Kamameshi + Chawan-mushi

    Fujimi zen includes sashimi, boiled meat and vegetables in special broth, omelet, salad, and chopped fish or vegetables dressed in sauce. The luxurious set comes with kamameshi rice and savory egg custard.

From Kawaguchiko interchange, go on Route 139 bound for Lake Motosu, and turn right at Higashi-Koiji intersection, cross Kawaguchiko Bridge to the north bank, and go on Kawaguchiko lake shore road.
