Inside an old house, which was transported over from the Hida district, there is a hearth on the floor for char-grill. At the end of the meal, the pot of Houtou (dumplings or noodles and vegetables cooked in miso soup) will be put over the hearth to simmer for you to enjoy when the food is all cooked.
We offer regional specialties such as houtou, boiled abalone, wine beef sukiyaki, and also sweets such as anmitsu (agar jelly cubes with red bean and fruits) and matcha parfaits. We also have desserts using the Yamanashi favorite "Kikyoushingenmochi" and amazake (sweet mild sake).

Besides hamburgers, pizzas, and pastas, there are variety of original desserts made with strawberries that are a part of the café's name. Not only those harvested in season, but also a novel "Summer Strawberries" are grown with less chemical and by mineral cultivation. They are fastidiously healthy sweets.
We cut vegetables by hand, mix, carefully make broth with dried sardines, and make our food in-house with a lot of love. Our buffet style that allows for you to eat to your heart's content at a reasonable price always fills our restaurant with many customers.
